The administration of Balamb Garden is pleased to be able to offer this service to the students, faculty and SeeD of this institution. However this is a privilege, not a right, and we are dependent on you to act in the best interests of the community and not abuse this or any other service we may provide.
Account Information
Students, faculty and SeeD are allowed one (1) account per person, with the exception of accounts for Garden-sponsored clubs, groups and organizations. Accounts are created by the Administrator. The Administrator will not create extra accounts, divulge password information, or delete accounts on request.
If you have lost your password, please leave a message in the Office for the Administrator. The Administrator will get back to you as soon as possible. You will be required to present your Garden Identification Card.
If your account has been terminated for reasons other than disciplinary, you may leave a message in the Office for the Administrator. If your account has been terminated on grounds of misconduct, one senior member of the faculty must sponsor you for reinstatement.
Code of Conduct
Users are responsible for all content sent through their account. Users are expected to conduct themselves in a lawful, respectful manner. Violation of any or all of the following rules may be grounds for immediate termination of your account, disciplinary action, or, after review, expulsion from Garden.
- You may not send junk e-mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any duplicative or unsolicited messages.
- You may not use this service for commercial purposes.
- The sending of obscene, threatening, or harassing messages is prohibited.
- The transmission of pornography or content illegal in the Republic of Balamb is strictly prohibited.
- The transmission of copyrighted material of which you do not have sole ownership is is forbidden.
